FortisWMS™ order management screen allows to you monitor the status of orders,
and update them as they are being processed. The best part of FortisWMS™,
being a web based system, is that you can enter an order online and let the warehouse
staff in a different geographical location update the status of the order as it
is being fulfilled.
Control your stock floor
Through FortisWMS™, your inventory management is now in real time visualization
of products in backorder or otherwise overstocked. FortisWMS™ is capable of
delivering product reports based on your overall order history and patterns to suggest
which products need to be stocked and which can be scaled back on.
Reduce the paper work
FortisWMS™ is capable of automatically issuing electronic invoices via email
to your customers upon making a successful order. Electronic invoices can be formatted
to include your company information, logo etc. Through FortisWMS™, you can
export orders for a desired period of time to support the information required for
your end of financial year tax.
Quick repeat orders
Give your customers the ability to view their order history and allow them to repeat
previous orders with a minimum amount of clicks. Notify your customer after a certain
period of time to see if they have finished the previously bought product and if
they would like to purchase another again. Customize the notice period individually
per product.
Shipping options
FortisWMS™ allows you to define areas of service as well as postage and handling
costs based on the delivery location by country, state or postcode range. You can
even instruct FortisWMS™ to waive these costs depending on the total order
value or if certain promotional products have been added in your customers’ shopping
cart.
Through FortisWMS™ you can even specify weight of your products and vary shipping
costs based on the total weight of the items in the shopping cart.
Further, depending on the shipping company used, you can let FortisWMS™ know
the consignment number for each order allowing the customer to track the status
of the shipping process (i.e. location of package based on the information from
the delivery company).
