Review and Publish

All edits made within FortisWMS™ are first flagged for review by the website moderator before being published to the live site. A description of the change appears, along with the number of website pages which are affected by the change. The moderator can see which staff member made the edit, along with the time of the edit and the type of change made.

The FortisWMS™ application allows for full permission based users groups to be easily created - enabling administrators to modify pages according to their assigned permissions and privileges. You can assign edit permissions for specific sections of your website to different staff functions – such as the HR or Marketing departments – and allow them to manage content for those sections.
