User Management

With the FortisWMS™ User management, you can grant access to multiple staff members within you company or external party who would constantly update your website.

By assigning relevant permissions, you can decide what level of access each user has. For example, you may only want your editor to edit a page, but not publish it – leaving you in control of what goes live to the public. Using our ‘Review and publish’ feature, you always have control of previewing changes before releasing them – making you the gatekeeper of all releases.

Further, our user management tool allows you to decide what IP address the user must be using in order to gain access to the FortisWMS™ platform. For example, this could be used to ensure that the system is usable only within the office network and not externally.
